Every Friday, ask yourself:
What have I been blind to this week?
Find out and write it down.
Then force one micro-experiment for the coming week to test that blindness.
Most of the time we repeat the same assumptions, the same habits, the same blind spots. This ritual breaks the cycle.
Examples:
- Think your customers care about price? → Test a premium offer with 5 of them.
- Think you’re productive? → Track every 15 minutes for a day.
- Think your meetings are valuable? → Cancel one and measure the impact.
Reflection without experimentation is just intellectual masturbation.
The experiment is what sets you free.
Do this every Friday for a month and you’ll be shocked how much faster you improve.
