Which single KPI do I choose?<\/li>\n<li class=\"translation-block\">2. What must I stop doing entirely to make that one KPI explode?<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>A lot of people and teams fail because they try to optimize 7 different metrics at once. The result?<\/p>\n<p>Everything becomes mediocre.<\/p>\n<p>Ein einziger KPI zwingt zu echten Kompromissen.
